Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, scratches, missing parts, or removed packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

- Earrings
- Piercing jewelry
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, perfume, lotions, or improper care

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue

Once we review the details, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer store credit or a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Jewelry Care Responsibility

To keep your jewelry beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, lotions, and chemicals. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under return or refund eligibility.
