Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location, product availability, and courier service.

Domestic Orders: 5–12 business days
International Orders: 10–25 business days

3. Shipping Charges

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
NEFERTARI is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first.

We will help you check the delivery status with the courier or shipping partner.
8. Damaged Package
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
9. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.
You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items.
10. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
